3 tips to aromatize your skin during the bath

aromatize your skin

Although a nice cold shower after working out or a gentle hot bath after a long day at work are great experiences on their own, there are several things you can do to stimulate your scent and give your daily bath an extra touch to show off a clean and soft skin, which also seduces by its intense aroma.

1. Before

To live an intense olfactory experience it is not necessary to take a long bath in a tub since in the shower you can also enjoy the aroma of your favorite essential oil. Pour 10-12 drops of the oil onto a cotton ball and place it in a corner of the shower floor before turning on the hot water. As soon as the temperature and steam activate the essential oil, you will be enveloped in a delicious olfactory experience, which you can enjoy accompanying it with relaxing oils such as lavender, bergamot, sandalwood and jasmine.

2. During

Wrap your body in the fruity power of Palmolive Milk and Honey or Palmolive Milk and Olive using a small amount on a light sponge and massaging your entire body from the bottom up in undulating movements to gently scent your skin while cleansing it. After massaging your entire body and allowing the fragrance to soak into your skin, perform a gentle rinse with cool water to tone your entire body and close your pores. Apply a generous amount of moisturizer to your skin while it is still damp.

3. After

For towels that you can pamper yourself with after each bath, wash them twice, once using hot water and a cup of white vinegar, another using hot water and a half cup of baking soda. This rinse will remove excess accumulated detergent and renew the texture, before which you can apply a few drops of your favorite essential oil to activate it with the steam from the bathroom and your towels are intensely scented waiting for you to wrap yourself in a delicious olfactory experience.
